Even while still in college, our Founder, Mr. Apichat helped start up the BMW Individual Department, resulting in over 400 special customized BMW cars sold in Thailand
Mr. Apichat started working full-time at an authorized BWM dealer, and helped push the sales volume from 150 units to 360 units sold per year. He also set up the first BMW Motorrad dealership in Thailand.
While attending BMW Business School in Munich, Mr. Apichat travelled to Italy to acquired the authorized distributorship from Ducati in 2003. Ducati sales in the first year was only 12 units. In the same year, Premium Auto, a car rental and fleet sales company, was established.
Ducati Motor Holding set up their assembly plant in Thailand and launched the Monster 795 with over 1,500 units sold. Three new Ducati dealership was appointed, while iRobot sales rose to over 2,042 units.
The head quarter was relocated into the new Ducati Flagship store, which is considered the best-looking and the biggest Ducati store in Asia. Ducati sold 2,400 units, while iRobot sold 5,387 units. Acquire Royal Enfield in Y2016
While the group recorded over 28 millions USD of annual revenue, a major restructuring was undertaken to ready ourselves for the new challenges. The product of which is the “Sharich Holding”. BYD, NIU and StylPro’s distributorship was also acquired in the same year, and Ducati Concept Store was opened in Siam Paragon
